Some risk some people may or may not have realized are: Electrical, HVAC related plumbing issues (drainage or water sourced heat pumps), refrigerant burns, carbon monoxide poisoning for the occupants, combustion appliances that can cause a fire if not installed properly, improper planning or installation of the venting, registers, ductwork leakage, etc.
