If your heat is out, many times the technician can fix it immediately but sometimes additional parts or equipment are needed for the repair.

 

When an issue is unable to be fixed right away and you need a part, then the heating contractor usually waits until the part comes in before thery can repair the furnace leaving the customer in the cold or they do something they should never do, they bypass a safety so you have heat but the furnace is not safe.  

Cold Craft wants our customers to be comfortable so we purchased portable heating units to help our customers through the cold period until the unit can be fixed.  This is safer than making an unsafe furnace work or leaving you to freeze.

If your furnace is not working contact us to get it fixed.  If we can’t do it right away we have portable heat we can provide with just a deposit which we will return when we complete the work and get the portable heater back.
