Cold Craft wants our friends to have a successful Thanksgiving and offers these resources to help on that uniquely American special day of thanks.

Before you head to the wine cellar, if you are cooking this Thanksgiving you have to ask yourself…

How many times have I cooked turkey and when was the last time?

Surely you may find you second guessing yourself. We know that Turkey Day can be especially difficult for the home chefs that don’t recall what they did last year or maybe you are a first time turkey chef. Whether roasting, frying, carving, stuffing or thawing…you can find the answers here on our links. Feel free to forward this blog to your turkey day chef.

Don’t despair about cooking on Thanksgiving; there is plenty of help out there.  There are tutorials and articles on-line and television shows that are helpful too.

Speaking of Food Network, check out what they have on their site and airing on TV – they have a lot of helpful programs to record and replay or just read all about it.  Especially helpful episodes, “Dear Food Network” are the ones airing from November 16th thru the 19th. Then there is Thanksgiving Live at 12 noon this Sunday, where viewers can ask questions.
